AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are iNeedStickers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in North Carolina, United States at 1235 East Blvd Ste E, PMB 2031, Charlotte, NC 28203.
We operate the website https://ineedstickers.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
iNeedStickers helps collectors track sticker album inventories, manage missing and duplicate stickers, and compare collections with friends for easier trading.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and iNeedStickers, concerning your access to and use of the Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right to update or modify these legal terms at any time. Updates may be communicated through changes posted on the platform, updates to the legal pages, and/or email communications when appropriate. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

Your submissions

You are solely responsible for your Submissions and agree they will not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; you will maintain the accuracy of such information; you have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services.
4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account and password. We may remove, reclaim, or change a username if we determine it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
All purchases are non-refundable. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. We may change prices at any time and reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refuse orders.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.

- Use the Services as part of an effort to compete with us or for unauthorized commercial enterprise.

- Upload copyrighted content without permission.
- Harass or abuse other users.
- Misrepresent affiliation with sticker publishers, leagues, teams, tournaments, or brands.
- Use the platform for fraudulent trading activity.
7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may provide opportunities to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials ("Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users and through third-party websites. Any use of the Services in violation of these Legal Terms may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices. By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We do not assert ownership over your Contributions.
9. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate legal action, refuse or restrict access, remove excessive or burdensome content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and facilitate proper functioning.

11. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in full force while you use the Services. We may deny access to and use of the Services, terminate your account, or delete content or information at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion, including for breach of these Legal Terms or applicable law.
12. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times and will not be liable for interruptions, delays, or errors.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute related to these Legal Terms, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Mecklenburg, North Carolina unless otherwise required by applicable rules or law.
Restrictions
Any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the Parties individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding, and no dispute may be arbitrated on a class-action basis or in a representative capacity.
15. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
16. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
17. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO $100.00 USD.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of third-party rights, or harmful act toward another user.
19. USER DATA
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing performance of the Services. You are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to your activity using the Services.
20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
21. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS
If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
22. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right does not operate as a waiver. If any provision is determined unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect remaining provisions.
